Black image when pasting image copied from PDF opened in Internet explorer with Adobe Reader Addin

We have a problem. We get a black image when pasting images copied from PDF opened in Internet explorer with Adobe Reader Addin integration. Direct opening the PDF in Adobe Reader and copy and pasting works. 

This is only happening with HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\localename = nl-NL registry value. With the value en-US in localename it works like normal.

I see you thinking....why are you still using Internet explorer? Our healthcare app is still based on Internet explorer functionality. Not an easy change.

I tried to report this as a bug but no option to create a case at Adobe website. I hope someone could help me out.
