Blacked out characters when printing

I use several editable pdf forms in which buttons with transparent png icons appear when certain boxes are checked. Since update 19.008.20071 installed, the Microsoft Print to PDF feature doesn't work properly. Anywhere the button with png icon appears over text, the text has white lines through it on the screen, and the characters are blacked out when printing physical copies. This was not an issue until this latest update. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
