Hello Sifalll,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a blank screen when you launch Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please sign out, reboot the machine, launch Adobe Reader and sign back in, then check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader available from help>check for updates, install if any updates are available and reboot the machine again and see if this brings any difference.

Navigate to Adobe Reader's Preferences from Edit>Preferences>uncheck "Show online storage when opening files" and "Show online storage when saving files">Click Ok. See if the changes in the Preferences bring any difference.

If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader from the machine Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
