Blank fillable fields after up loading

Question

I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. After entering the fillable field in the form, then save as to rename it when completed.

My problem is when I upload it to my company’s routing software the form’s fillable fields are blank. The form and fillable fields show but the “fillable” data is blank.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, try to open the same PDF form in Acrobat application and see if all the text in the form fields are visible or not. If yes, it might be due to the company's routing software, please try to get in touch with the IT admin and see if that works.
