Blank white page when PDF opened

Question

I have this issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.

Blank white page - sometimes it hangs and sometimes I can highlight part of the page and all the text suddenly appears. If I print to Adobe PDF , the printed version works fine. Preview of the PDF before opening also shows text.

Do I use the above DC patch, or is there a separate update?

Hi Ninja,You may refer to the release notes of Acrobat 2017 and try updating it to the latest version which should help you resolving the existing problem- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader Regards,Akanchha

Acrobat team is aware of this issue introduced in the latest update and working towards a resolution for the Acrobat 2017.

The fix will be available soon for Acrobat 2017 separately.
