Bonjour,Je scanne et envoie des fichiers en PDF que mes destinataires ne peuvent pas ouvrir. Je n'ai jamais eu ce problème, que puis-je faire ?Merci d'avance.

Hope you are doing well.

You mentioned blocking when opening a sent document. Is it the application that is freezing when opening the sent document at receipientes end?

Please share your workflow/process of sending document? Application freezing on recipient/s end while opening the file, could be file specific issue. because one or more receiver can't have issue with the application itself.

Please try with a different file, may be your file (which is sent) has some cotent that is causing trouble loading the application.
