Blurry text, disappearing pages

Hi everyone, could someone help me solve these problems. I usually read digital books on Adobe, but as you can see in the screenshots, The text is blurred, the pages go blank, half the text disappears and the comments do not load. I have the updated version and I cleared the cache as recommended under my review on playstore. Please help me.
