Bookmarking Specifc Pages or Chapters

How do I add Bookmarks to Specific Important Pages in Reader?

When I tried to add using bookmarks pane, I was unable to find Bookmarks Pane in my Reader.

I think you have been reading instructions meant for Acrobat, which is paid for software, not Acrobat Reader, which is free. Reader cannot do this.
