Both Adobe reader 11 and Reader DC crash when trying to open them.

I receive the following error when opening Adobe Reader 11 and Adobe Reader DC.

I have reinstalled both programs, rebooted and ran adobe cleaner tools.

Hi Jamesv56743409,Thanks for sharing the detailed description. As mentioned above, you have already tried the uninstall and reinstall of the application using the cleaner tool and still there isn't any luck.Have you tried resetting the Acrobat preferences? If not, then you must try the steps suggested in the forum thread mentioned below-How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat. And again try installing the application through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions.Let us know if it still doesn't work.Regards,Akanchha
