When I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and click export, convert to word document ( I have purchased the program to do so), it always opens up a web browser that takes me to pricing, like I haven't purchased the program. I am singed into my account when looking at original pdf. How do I export to word without having to search through unnecessary open web browsers?

Looking at your account information, we see that you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF that should let you to complete the conversion.
Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/ or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
