Bought the premium account but still being asked to buy a package

I have installed updated version today, paid for the basic package, every time i try to use any of the things that say "open" like edit and export it takes me to the website wanting me to buy another one.

I get an error page when trying to upload document on the website as well.

What do i need to do to be able to actually do this, or how do i get a refund.

If its an issue with firewall then i cant fix it, This is done for my work and my corporate will not disable or grant special firewall premissions. How do i get refunded?

You may check once to open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/ on your mobile device or on a personal machine and try to sign in there.

Check if you get through without any issue.

If it works there, then you may need to contact IT team at your workplace for the permissions.

If you still want to cancel the subscription, please refer the steps mentioned here Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order.

Check to see that you have signed in with the same Adobe ID you used when you made the purchase.

Can you post a screen shot of the error message?

Hi Irinas,

I see that you have purchased Adobe Export PDF subscription.

You can export PDF to Word, Excel and Rich Text format file using this subscription.

The service can be used either online or in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.

You can install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once you install the application, make sure you sign in with the Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the application.

Then use the Export PDF tool in application to convert the PDFs.

You can also use the export PDF service online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Here also, you need to sign in with the Adobe ID. Once you sign-in, go to Export PDF and upload the file to convert.

I have tried both of those ways yesterday with new updated Reader and online, offline it takes me back to online page to purchase some thing else when i try to export. and online tool gives me error message each time.
