BUG: Fill & Sign -- Can't Save/Exit After Number of Objects

I'm trying to fill out a form my DJ gave me for our upcoming wedding.  Spent hours on it only to find that I couldn't save it when I was done.

After some troubleshooting, I determined that it appeared to be linked to the number of "fill" objects (text box, circle, strike-through, etc.) in the PDF.  I'm including a link at the bottom to download the document to assist in reproducing the problem.

My system:

Windows 7 Enterprise (latest updates)

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015.023.20056 (latest currently)

Repro steps:

1. Open PDF in Reader DC.
2. Click Fill & Sign (right side).
3. (optional) To show the bug is not occurring yet:
   1. Click Fill & Sign at the top left.
   2. Choose Back to Document.
      NOTE: This will close out Fill & Sign mode as you would expect.  You are able to do things like Save As, etc.
   3. Go back into Fill & Sign mode.
4. Go to page 7 and scroll about half-way down to "c)"
5. Create a text box in the Name blank and type "Lauren Dzurella ???"
6. Click Fill & Sign at the top left.
7. Choose Back to Document.
   NOTE: This will not close out Fill & Sign mode.  You are not able to Save, Print, Email, Upload to Cloud, or switch to other modes like Comment.
