Acrobat & Reader DC July 2020 Optional Update Windows and Mac _ Bug fixes

A follow-up update to Acrobat and Reader DC May 2020 release for Windows & Mac 20.009.20074 Optional update, July 06, 2020, is available which addresses some important bug fixes that have been reported in the May 12, 2020 release.

This release is a hotfix patch for Acrobat and Reader DC that addresses some important bug fixes and is applicable for Acrobat and Reader DC Continuous track.

Adobe recommends installing and updating Acrobat and Reader DC for Windows and Mac to the latest version 20.009.20074, as quickly as possible.

Install the updates from the help menu> select check for updates. Reboot the machine after installing the updates.

Bug fixes:

OCR

• Acrobat crashes when using OCR Recognize Text feature on large pdf files

Send Mail

• The XML response file is not getting attached into draft email when form submitted using Gmail

Collaboration

• Delay in getting the comments synchronized in a legacy shared review

Sandbox

• If Acrobat has Protected Mode enabled, Combine via Context Menu feature does not work after combining an empty folder
• If Acrobat has Protected Mode enabled, “Convert WebPage to PDF…” option in Internet Explorer is not functional
