Correct answer Test Screen Name

hi

I was reviewing the manual and it comes out that it is supported for both versions.

You say it's supported, but the screen shot says "are available ONLY for documents open in Acrobat Professional and Acrobat Standard and for documents WITH FORM EXPORT RIGHTS open in Acrobat Reader..."  We told you this 21 posts ago, you really don't seem to want this answer and perhaps intend to keep asking it until the facts change.

Acrobat Reader doesn't support this without form rights. Read the documentation about SOAP in the Acrobat Javascript reference. It is not a bug.

Hi

but, this guide says that you can. https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/js_developer_guide.pdf page 193. in Version adobe dc Pro.

In the adobe dc Pro version it works. but in the free version. it gives me this error.

This is correct. When you add form rights to the document it will work in Acrobat Reader. For the form rights you need a server product of the AEM family.
