Build: 2100720091 There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. . (0:521)

Hi Adobe community,

 

I am using the AcroRdrDC build version 2100720091 but still getting the below error:

Error: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running please exit and try again. (0:521)

 

Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue as we dont want to disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security"?

My Acrobat Reader version is 2023.006.20360 and I have the same issue. 
The window where the pdf image is shown is embedded in another sofware for the processing of supplier invoices.

    Please try installing the latest version relased recently from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.

    Check if you still receive the error.

    Hi Meenakshi,

     

    I have upgraded to version 2100720095 but this has not fixed the issue.

     

    Could you please suggest if its a known issue and what progress is happening at your side to fix it?
