Buying service

  Hello

How can I buy Adobe PDF Services, where there is no that service in my country, I recorded my account in USA. when buying Adobe PDF Services, asked Company Address in the USA, Can I use the company address which the documents will be sent to them in the USA?  and whether must ask for permission from them?

The Visa card are registered in the North Bank in Iraq Will you accept to pay for you?

    You are not addressing Adobe here, just fellow users. If I understand correctly, payment for Adobe products and services can only be done with credit cards emitted in the same country from where the purchase is done. And there are restrictions to buying from some countries, see here: Countries and Languages FAQ: Is Creative Cloud available in my country?
