Can a PDF form be filled in one language and printed in another?

I need to create a fillable PDF file, which, when filling, would show the questions in foreign language (the answers will be given in English), but printing in English

Do you mean the actual answers themselves, or the static text of the file? The latter might be possible. You would need to create two layers: A non-printing layer with the questions in the non-English language, and a printing layer with the same text but in English.

Yes, try67, I meant the questions, the static text of the file. I am not familiar with Adobe, layers etc. Is there anybody here who is willing to undertake some work and give me a quote how much it would cost. Or could anybody point me in the right direction where to find such a specialist? Thanks.

Nope. That would require a built-in translator which neither Acrobat Reader or the full version of Acrobat offer.
