Question

Can I hide a PDF within another PDF, and create a button the reader/user can press to reveal the second file?

I'm trying a very experimental type of a TV pilot script, where I want it to seem like a comedy script, but it's really a drama, so I want the script to be the same page count as a comedy, but then find a way to give them the second script right away. As of now, I have a link to a website I created at the very end of the first script ,that has the second script PDF, but I was wondering if there was a way to embed/hide that second PDF within the first PDF, at the very end? I'd like it if the reader can click on a button, and not some weird URL they've never heard of, to either extend the current PDF and merge both files by pressing a button, or to have said button simply launch the second PDF in another tab of Acrobat reader. Is this feasible/possible at all? Thank you for your time.

Also, you would need to use the full version of Acrobat to do this.

You can attach the second file to the first and then use a button to open it. The user will still be able to open it directly via the Attachments panel, but only if they know to look for it...
