And if I forget one computer how do I use my license on a new computer

    Ok, the terms of the subscription are better than older versions, but sometimes things go wrong.

    The rule is: you can use it on up to two computers. To use on a third computer, you just sign out on one, and then sign in on the new.

    So something has gone wrong. The first things to check for you:
    1. Did you install the Creative Cloud app on the new computer?
    2. Did you sign in on the new computer with the same Adobe ID?
    3. Did you download Acrobat Pro DC, SUBSCRIPTION VERSION?
    If you think you did all of these things, please let us know what exactly happens on your laptop where it "does not work".

    Acrobat pro DC subscribtion.

    Payed yesterday and it worked a bit on the desktop. Now im working on my laptop and it does not work. Then I tried to "forget" forget the desktop and wanted to add the laptop, but I cant see where it is possible . So now I cant use anything...
