can I set a yellow background for the found words (ctrl + F)?

I want to give a yellow backgroubd to all found words. Let's say 12 words "word" are found. Then I need to set all of them a yellow background. Can I do that? If so, how?

There's no built-in command in Reader that does it, but it can be done with a script, that would highlight all instances of a searched term in a file.
