Can not activate the 3D content // “An error occurred while analyzing the 3D data.”

Hello together,

I hope someone could help me.

I have the newest Adobe Reader Version and Windows 10.

If my colleague opens the 3D-PDF file then he get not error message. If I open the same one on

my computer I get the following message:

Error Message: “An error occurred while analyzing the 3D data.”

PLEASE help me!
