can not install Acrobat

Hello,

I install acrob reader on my laptop windows 8.1 but at the end I got a message there is already a new version installed.

And then the message online that is not correct installed.

What should I do? Already did 3 times the install.

I think Java is ok and virusscanner accept the download file.
