Can not Open 3D PDF on MAC and iPad

Hello support team,

I have 3D PDF files, But I can not open it on MAC computer & iPad. What should I do for open it on MAC & iPad?

I design files on Rhino then use the Tetra4D to conver to 3D PDF files.

Please help me.

Test Screen Name

Legend

On the Mac: Make sure you are using Acrobat Reader. Not Preview. Not a browser or email app. Use File > Open in Reader, don't just double click.
On the iPad: send it to the Mac and use Acrobat Reader.
