Can not open files after uploaing Adobe Reader.

I am looking for a tip for how to open files.

I tried to upload Adobe Reader to open files as instructed, but the situation does not change.

After I asked a support center about it. He said that I need to use Internet Explorer to open the files,so I tried it. I could open the files for a while by Internet Explorer. But I can not open the files again after...

Please help me if you have any ideas.

I think that a computer is Windows 10.
