Can't add videos on acrobat dc

I don't know if anyone else has this issue, I use a Windows 10 laptop and I have been trying to attach video files in my PDFs. When I browse through my files and attach the video, in the corner it would say 'click to activate' and when I do, it automatically force closes Acrobat DC every single time. For some reason I can't add video files? I have the latest version - version 21.0
