Can't change numbers of selected pages to print

Question

Recently I have been unable to input the numbers of pages I want to print from a pdf document. I select Pages then click into the box but am unable to delete the existing numbers or change them can anyone help please?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you mentioned above, you cannot delete the number of pages from the Print Window when trying to print the PDF.

Could you please share the screenshot of the Print window? Also, did you check if the issue occurs with this particular file or with others as well?

Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. In the applicaiton, go to Help menu > Check for updates.

Check if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, please share the application and OS version on the machine. To check the application, use the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

It would be helpful if you can share the file.
