Question

Can't choose a printer from the dialogue box

Help Please!!

When I try to print a pdf either within Acrobat Reader or from my Internet Browser, it scrolls through all my printers automatically in front of my eyes and doesn't let me select one.  Everytime I try to select one it scrolls back to another one.  I have removed the printer from devices, reinstalled it and selected it as default and that has made no difference.

I have no trouble printing emails or word docs etc, it is just pdfs.

    Hi Titusfalco,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

When I try to print a PDF either within Acrobat Reader or from my Internet Browser, it scrolls through all my printers automatically in front of my eyes and doesn't let me select one.

What you have described is quite strange behavior. Acrobat/Reader doesn't scroll to all the printer options automatically, unless you don't do it.

What kind of system you are working on? Is it a virtual computer or accessed remotely?

If this is the behavior with all the PDF documents while printing, you may uninstall Acrobat Reader using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Thanks,

    Akanchha
