Can't copy unprotected doc with new adobe. Older computers can copy.

On my older computers I can copy and paste from the adobe reader.  On my brand new computer I can not copy and paste from the same file.  Did adobe change what you can do?  I can use my older computers if I need to, but this does not make since.  On my new computer copy is grayed out, but old computer not grayed out?  Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

I found out by accident to right click on the document and choose select tool.

No, nothing changed in this regard. Are you sure you're working on the same document?

Can you post full-window screenshots of both applications?

Its an MLS realestate form, so I can't post in here.  I can copy from my old computer.  My brand new computer copy is grayed out from adobe.   It is not a scanned copy, it is text not an image and not protected and has copying allowed.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat Reader forum so that proper help can be offered.
