Can't download Acrobat Reader-says older version is already installed

I can't download AC Reader, it says that oler version is already installed even though I dont have it on my PC (checked for hiddern files etc)

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you can't download Acrobat Reader-says older version is already installed

Please try to run the Acrobat Cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
