    Hello Guruterak,

As per the description above, when exported a PDF file to Word document, you are not able to edit the Word document, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF services.

Is the original PDF file contains only images or text? If it contains text, then you can click on Enable all features option that appears on the top right side of the Word document. Consequently, it will enable editing in the word file.

If the original files have images only, then the converted Word file will also have images which cannot be edited.

have you tried converting any other PDF file? Try converting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF files? Is it possible to share the PDF file with us which you are exporting to Word file so that we can test it at our end?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only How Do I Send Private Message

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
