Can't fill out the form in Acrobat

Greetings,

There is a problem with correct displaying of the form. Unfortunately, I don't understand why one document has an option to fill out a form, but another one doesn't. The document in which the form opens was created in a different Acrobat, my form, which cannot be filled out for some reason, was created in Acrobat Pro version 2024.001.20604. The fisrt photo is correct, the second one - isn't 😞

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
