Hi, I'm a Windows 10 user. I've been trying to create a pdf document by a docx one and it had an error, so I couldn't do it. Then, I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader, thinking that if I install it again, maybe I wouldn't have any problem and I would be able to create a pdf document. But, when I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro installer and opened it, it says that happened an unexpected error, so I couldn't installthe trial version of this application. What could I do?

You can't use Reader to create PDF files anyway. It can only display them.

Also, there's no trial version for Reader. The trial version is for the full Acrobat (which can be used to create PDF files).

So please clarify what exactly you tried to install and what the error was. Include the steps you took and the exact error message text.
