Can't keep Reader on computer
In working on my own PC and on those of friends, I've tried installing Adobe Reader only to find it's actually Adobe Acrobat and it keeps wanting me to login.
I do have an Adobe ID, so I can login, but my friends don't, and they don't understand why they should need one in order to use Reader. It's almost as though Reader, as a product, no longer exists and it's become more or less a "demo" version of paid Acrobat.
While I can understand Adobe doing this in order to market their paid Acrobat product, this is a very sneaky bait and switch. How can I get Adobe Reader, install it, use it, and have it remain Reader rather than changing to Acrobat?
