Can't load pdf files anymore

Hello,

This problem just started about a week ago. I click on a pdf sent to me, and I get the error message in the screenshot i provided. I tried to uninstall the program to reinstall, but i cant figure out how to do that. I don't see the uninstaller program anywhere. I searched my MAC for it but it didnt appear.

Any thoughts?
