Can't Open PDF created with Save as Adobe PDF from a Sharepoint

Hi,

For the past few weeks, some users have been unable to open the PDF documents I create using the Save As Adobe PDF function form Word or Outlook.

This is particularly the case for those who want to open them online (Sharepoint) and Mac users without an error message. On PC users get the following error message

I understand that my PDF files incorporate flash which blocks the opening for those who do not have flashplayer. How can I modify my uptodate Acrobat 2017 so that it no longer puts flash components in PDFs?

It's a real problem that PDFs can't be opened from sharepoint
