Hellow,

I receive in my Gmail documents in PDF form.

When I open them I see the document but I would like to save it and can't see how to do it. Also tried to right-click the mouse on the document but option for saving  doesn't open up.

How do I save these docs ?

That's a setting of the browser. What browser are you using?

The problem is solved: I was using Chrome to open my mail in Gmail.

As soon as I changed the browser and used Explorer saving and opening the docs is fine.

I wonder why Chrome didn't work well, as Gmail is theirs/

Are you opening the file in your browser? Why not download it directly from Gmail, before opening it?

I open the doc. in Gmail, using my PC.

When the PDF doc. is open, I don't see anywhere a "save" button.

How do I save it ? ( There is an icon of a floppy disk on the upper left corner, but it is in light gray, that is, unusable.

Instead of opening the file click the Download button on top of the attachment when you hover over it with the mouse.
    It looks like this:

The title of the above inquiry should read: Can't download a PDF doc.
