can't open pdf file on internet explorer

Question

when I open pdf file on internet with out save , adobe reader do not activate.

but in task manager it is working as background program and can't open adobe reader at all.

after shut down background program and save file on hard disk then it works on adobe reader.

strange thing is it has no problem when I use adobe reader version 9. and another computer has no matter to open file on internet.

the different between computer is just which can't open internet has auto CAD program (i guess).

i try to fix it and format hard drive and re-install windows but I can't fix plz help.
