Can't print dpf file from Adobe [Acrobat Reader] anymore

We have some users can't print from adobe reader. If the open is opened from another program like foxit pdf or internet broswer it prints. When printing from adobe, we can see the printer dialog box, select printer but the job does not submitted to printer. This is even after fresh installation of windows 10 and adobe acrobat reader.
