Can't print pdf

I'm just going to return the printer and buy a Canon.  I've never had this issue with any other Epson printer.  I need to print documents for my business and don't have the time to jump through hoops to get it done.  Too bad, too.  Epson used to make a nice printer.  I guess I won't be buying any more Epson products in the future.

I received an email in Thunderbird that has a pdf file with a shipping label I need to print.  I opened the document in tbirs like I've done for forever, clicked on the print icon, got the Epson prieview menu, clicked OK.  Never went to the queue, never printed.  I've printed test pages with no issues.  I have the most recent drivers.  I've printed pdf files in the past on the Epson printer that I replaced.  I went through the troubleshooting before contacting Adobe.

Could you explain in detail what exactly happen when you give the "Print" command and how you are viewing a PDF?

Is it online or using the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

We would be looking forward for more information on this.
