Can't print PDF on both sides (double-sided) after reinstallation of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

My hard drive crashed, so I had to reinstall all of my software and apps, including Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  Now I don't have an option to print PDFs double-sided ("print on both sides"). My printer is capable, it is an option in Word documents, and it worked with PDFs until now. Other forums have had luck by going to PRINTER PROPERTIES>DEVICE SETTINGS (tab)>INSTALLABLE OPTIONS>DUPLEX SETTINGS (change to installed).  I got as far as the tabs in PRINTER PROPERTIES, but I don't have a tab labeled DEVICE SETTINGS there.

Hi Bv,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to print in duplex mode in Acrobat Reader DC, is that correct?

Check if you have the printer features turned on using the steps given in this link: Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC

Also, let us know let us know dot version of Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Let us know if you need any help.
