Can't print PDFs

Question

I have a fairly new computer running Windows 11. When I try to print a PDF, the printer dialog screen shows a blank document instead of the document I need to print. How do I fix this? I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PRINT PDFs!

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 20112 (Mac) installed go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, check for any missing/pending updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it you may also try to remove the printer driver and firmware, reboot the computer, and reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer's website and check.
