Can't print specific pages to a PDF

Running a MacBook Pro with OS Sierra and Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019

Any other program on the computer.... if you want to print, the print box gives the option in lower LEFT corner to print to PDF.

I want to select certain pages to be printed.... and output them to a PDF instead of a printer.

There appears to be no options.

I tried to go to Printer Setup and ADD a new printer.... but there are no options for PDF.
