Can't save a marked-up PDF

Hello. I can't seem to save a PDF once I've marked it up. All I get when I click save is a blank box. Can anyone help, please?

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the blank screen when saving the PDF file.

 

Please try the following settings and see if that works for you. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving the file' and 'Show online storage when opening the file' > click OK and reboot the computer once.
