Can't Save Adobe file

I have an adobe file with 28 pages, i want to save it to my apple computer, but only page 1 is saved.  could someone help me to tackle this issue.  thank you.

Where is the file? In an email? On a web site? On a USB key? Somewhere else?

And how are you trying to save it?
