can't SAVE AS pdf's

After updated Adobe Reader DC, I can no longer use the SAVE AS function to save a pdf.

I'm not having this issue with any other document in excel or word, it is only when I'm trying to SAVE AS  from a pdf.

I uninstalled the Adobe program and then reinstalled it, but that didn't work.  I use the SAVE AS function constantly

as a way to rename and place the doc in the appropriate folder on my laptop.

Please help!

    Hello!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response.

Yes, you need to uncheck the two options available under Preferences. For detailed information on how to select or deselect these preferences, please refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/43oNEsv

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.

What do you mean? Do you not see this menu item at all under the File menu? Do you see it but it doesn't work?

    Please provide more details.

When I use the SAVE AS, the box pops up, however, it is entirely blank.  You have any idea how to fix it?

It only happens when I'm trying to SAVE AS a PDF.  Word & Excel work just fine.  I tried uninstalling and then

reinstalling Adobe (I have the export paid version).  Still no work.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Go to Edit - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".
