I chucked my old Adobe Reader 9, as needed version 10 or more to download a form. Then tried installing the new Adobe Reader DC free version. Every time I enter my Adobe password when the window comes up in order to complete they install, it will not accept it. I am already signed into my Adobe acocunt and that works fine. No way to find otu what is wrong.. is it not the same Adobe password? Is there a separate Acorbat Reader password that I do not know about? Have never ocme across this before. Please help!

Does it SAY to enter your Adobe ID, or is just asking for a user and password without mentioning Adobe? Do you regularly install software? I ask because it sounds like it could be the normal prompt from your system (Mac or Windows) before allowing a software install.

Thanks for the info, no it does not say what sign in or password, but it does have the Adobe icon on the little window. Will try my computer password and see if that works but am not hopeful.
