Can't uninstall or reinstall

Hi,

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC on Windows 10. I started having some problems in it, so I tried to uninstall it but it came back with this error saying Error 1402 Could not open key and then it lists this really huge number. I attached it to this post. So, I tried the Acrobat Cleaner from Adobe Labs, but it would just sit there with the message "Please wait while the product is being cleaned". I waited 30 minutes on this, but eventually closed it. Now, when I try and reinstall the regular version I get an error saying that I have a newer version. So, I downloaded the Enterprise edition and tried to install it, and I got an error 1402 again.

 

I don't know if any of my antivirus software is causing a conflict, but I have no idea. I've attached all the error messages so hopefully an Adobe rep can diagnose this.

Same problem here...
Just wont open, wont uninstall, wont nothing...

I guess Adobe doesn't care about it's userbase enough for this to warrant an answer or response.

I just wanted to bump this up because I have gotten no response.
