Can't use Export PDF though my plan is still valid.

Hello everyone,

I purchased Export PDF in July 2016, and it was working fine. Today I tried to convert one PDF document and the feature was not available.

I logged in to Adobe website and my account looks ok, it says the date to renew in July 2017. I even restarted my computer but still no joy.

Please advise what I can do to bring the feature back, I really need it, and paid for.

    Hi Sonicimage,

    Yes, this is correct that you have an active subscription for Adobe Export pdf valid till July 2017.

    Could you please share the exact work flow that you follow? how are you trying to export the document?

    If you are using it through Adobe Reader, then what is the current version of the Reader that you are using?

    • Make sure that you are signed in the application with the correct Adobe i.d (under which you have subscription registered)
    • Open Reader go to Help> Check for update and install the latest version of Adobe Reader which is Reader DC (15.020.20042)

    Hi Akanchha,

    The software is up to date as it says. Please see below. Previously there was a button "Export PDF" which I could click on and do the conversion. Now it's disappeared. Underneath it says 'Your current plan is Adobe Export PDF', but it's not working. How can I bring it back, maybe re-install the software, if it resolves the issue? I also tried to sign off and back on, but still no joy (as you see I'm signed in to Adobe). Please advise.
