can we prompt for password

can we prompt the user to enter password when thay are saveing the pdf document. if possible how can achive this.

Adobe Acrobat can add password security. But this will not control saving the file.

to block any edit and save the pdf by unauthorized person with the password only authorized person can save the pdf.
