Hi I need you please to cancel my membership and or add the payment to a different account

    Hi Isaacn3336235,

    We checked your Adobe account that has Adobe Sign membership and seems it is already in a  pending state.

    Please confirm the account (id) via private message,  that you wish to cancel and the application subscription you are referring to that is associated with the account.

I have another account, made a mistake and upgraded this account. My card was charged twice. Please make sure you cancel it twice.
